- Thanks to all: who supported the recent Coffee mornings in aid of Kerry Hospice. Castlemaine Community Centre raised €1140; Keel Community Centre raised €550 and Ballyfinane Community Hall raised over €700.

- Synod Assembly: In conjunction with the worldwide ecclesial gathering in Rome in October 2028, there is a Synodal Assembly of representatives of Irish dioceses and other church bodies on Saturday 17th October in a hotel north of Dublin. We pray that it may give guidance and direction to the Irish Church for the years ahead.

- Blessing of Pets and Animals – Sunday 4th October Glenbeigh Parish.
To mark the feast of St Francis, there will be a ceremony for the blessing of pets and animals in the grounds of Glenbeigh Church starting at 1.30pm. Individual blessings for pets, animals and their owners will be available until 3pm. Welcome one and all.
- The Diocese of Kerry invites you to an online talk, One in Christ, United in Mission, with Fr Michael Kelly, Director of Mission Ireland, and Miriam Hanlon from Asdee, who volunteered in East Africa. - Grásta is a voluntary group of Married Couples based in Ireland, who for over 25 years have been facilitating Pre-Marriage Courses for couples getting married in the Catholic Church. Details: www.grasta.org
- Old Clothes Collection: Tuesday 13th October at 9am Castledrum NS & Fybough NS Please donate clean and wearable clothes. Please take specific note that sheets, blankets, curtains, underwear, socks etc are not included in the bags. Bags may be left to either school from Friday 9th October.
